Another short run today and my shoes are dry for the first time since I started this leg. It's surprising how something like dry shoes can quickly come to be considered a luxury. :)
Steve and Peter Yerby were the hunters that stayed last night. They didn't have any luck but did hear a few stag further down the valley.
Raf was planning on spending some time at a hot spring along the way but I'm not that keen on the smell of sulfur so decided to pass on that and headed off early on my own.
Got to the hut just after midday and started sorting out wood. Laid in a supply for the evening and scavenged some deadwood to replace what I'd chopped. Should be a comfortable night.
